Great post-- these sources are really useful and relevant to this unit. The only thing I would add would perhaps be adding some pictures of recipes or another graphic!
Thanks Emmeline for including these links for these seemingly difficult topics that we have covered in class. I agree will Marie though, that your blog would be even better if you were to include pictures of your own practice and exposure with these topics. I may add that I have not seen any other websites for recipes so great thinking for that addition!
