Quiche
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4oz of shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1.5 cups of milk


Directions:
1. Place bacon on a large, deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. drain, crumble, and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch pie pan.
3. Line bottom of pie plate with cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine eggs, melted butter, and milk before adding onion, salt, and flour; whisk together until smooth. In addition, add vegetables of your choice.
4. Pour into pie pan and bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes until set.
